TechLink provides automated data processing services for contractors that are considered Covered Entities as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and related regulations, including requirements under 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164.

TechLink processes data that is defined as Protected Health Information by HIPAA.

Therefore, TechLink is required and willing to comply with all Privacy Rules as set forth by current customers and those we may work with in the future.

TechLink currently operates within the bounds the HIPAA Business Associate Agreements.
